       Phase – 2

  1. Documentation and site analysis ( along with technical aspects, location and competition too )
  2. Formulating the basic guidelines from the information above and our expertise
  3. Creating a conceptual design with most effective solutions
  4. Presentation and discussion with the clients (Walkthrough Presentation – can be used for school marketing)
  5. Fine tuning and finalizing the design

  1. Detail drawings
  2. Material options and finalization
  3. Preliminary estimate
  4. Appointment of consultants and generating required drawings
  5. Calling and finalization of contractors and vendors

      Phase – 4
