The MJS Academy in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, is a school with a mission to integrate Indian culture, values, patriotism, creativity, and academic excellence through research-based learning. The proposed renovation design by The School Designs Studio aims to create an inspiring and dynamic learning environment for students.
One of the features of the design is the use of thematic activity nooks. These are small spaces used for specific activities with different themes such as geography, history, art, and science. These spaces are flexible and adaptable, using them for different activities. This approach encourages students to be more active and engaged in their learning and allows them to explore various subjects in a fun and interactive way.

The proposed design integrates technology throughout the campus. The campus includes a state-of-the-art robotics lab that provides students with hands-on learning experiences in engineering and technology. In the library along with a vast volume of books, a digital library that allows students to access a range of information and resources is added. The campus also includes interactive learning spaces, to encourage children to engage in creative and imaginative play.
The design of the school fosters a sense of community among students and teachers and creates a welcoming and inclusive environment. The building has been given a new façade that is designed to take into account the local climate, to maximize natural light and provide shade to the interior spaces. The new façade also aims to create a visually striking and welcoming entrance to the school.
