PODAR JUMBO KIDS

Podar Jumbo Kids, Sheshadripuram is a franchise owned by Mrs. Rupa Bhaskar. The School Designs Studio got the project to redesign an existing residential building of 3 bedrooms into a pre-school. The school was renovated according to the particular requirement and EYFS curriculum.

The new design was intended for children, so every element was designed anthropometrically, such as spaces for playing, seating arrangements for lunch, and interactive interior. The project was a rented property so the designers did minimal structural changes and repurposed the old furniture to match the school standards. They used space saving furniture such as folding tables, and cushions were converted into comfortable seaters and also recreated the classroom for multi-purpose to offer extra curricular classes such as yoga, dance and art.
